Age-restricted products. Vapes and e-liquids are sold to over-18s only. We operate Challenge 25 — if you look under 25 you will be asked for photo ID, and we will refuse the sale without it. No exceptions, and please don't ask.
This happens more than you'd think. You're two days into a trip, the phone with every photo and booking on it has a dead battery, a broken charger, or a cracked screen from the cobbles outside the Castle. The nearest Apple Store is in Reading, forty minutes away, and you did not come to Windsor to spend a day in Reading.
We're a two-minute walk from the Castle entrance, open seven days, no appointment. Most screen repairs are done in under 30 minutes — long enough for lunch on Peascod Street. If it's just a charger or a power bank you need, that's a thirty-second visit.
We can also post a repaired device on to you if you've moved on before it's ready. Ask at the counter.
